Shipping & Returns

Warranty Policy

The product is warranted by People Products, LLC for 90 days from date of purchase against defects in workmanship and material. This warranty covers normal consumer usage and does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failure which results from accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, alteration or disassembling of the product or improper maintenance.

Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any purchased item in its original condition. We will issue a refund, less 20% (for processing and handling fee) for the price of any return that meets all of our return conditions.

Return Conditions

  • You MUST first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns without a RMA will be refused.
  • Merchandise must be received in its original condition and packing.
  • NO package will be accepted without the RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the package.
  • Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid. We suggest you ship by an insurable method.
  • SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
  • Returns must be received within 15 days after being issued a RMA to be eligible for a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Returns that are received in other that original condition will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are only given out Monday-Friday 9am-4:00pm (PST), NO RMA's will be given out on Weekends or Holidays.
  • A credit will be issued to the original credit card used once returned merchandise has been received, inspected and all conditions have been met. Please allow up to 30 days to see a credit on your next billing cycle credit card statement.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise. This does not include merchandise returned due to manufacture defects.

Return Procedure

Step 1:

First obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can do this one of two ways:

  1. Email info@thezami.com and provide us with the following:
    1. Your Full Name
    2. The Date of Purchase
    3. Detailed description of what is wrong with your product
    4. Your return contact information (Email address or phone number)

Step 2:

Gather the following: (1) RMA # (2) a "copy" (keep original) of your sales receipt or a copy of your dated credit card statement.

Step 3:

Pack the item in its original packaging along with the items in Step 2.
Clearly write the RMA number you were given on the outside of the packaging.
NO PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED THAT DO NOT HAVE THE RMA NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.
